Perfect Group is looking for CCTV & Networking Technicians and Trainees to join our technical team. Candidates will be involved in CCTV installation, networking, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- CCTV camera installation and configuration.
- Installation and configuration of DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- CAT6/LAN cable laying, crimping, and termination.
- Basic router, switch, and Wi-Fi configuration.
- CCTV troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Configure remote CCTV viewing on mobile applications.
- Attend customer service calls and site visits.
- Identify and resolve basic networking and connectivity issues.
- Maintain installation and service records.
- Follow company technical and safety procedures.
For Experienced Technicians
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV and networking preferred.
- Experience with CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar brands is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of CCTV installation and IP networking.
- Ability to independently handle customer sites and troubleshooting.
For Trainees / Freshers
- Freshers and trainees are welcome to apply.
- ITI / Diploma / Plus Two in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related fields is preferred.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn CCTV installation, networking, and technical support.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and technical skills. Trainees will be offered a suitable starting salary/stipend.
