Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Convergent Charging solutions using SAP CC module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized charging models.

- Provide technical guidance on billing processes, rate card creation, and pricing strategies to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Troubleshoot issues related to charging system configuration, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in SAP CC (Convergent Charging).

- Robust understanding of billing processes, rate card creation, pricing strategies, and charging model design principles.

- Proficiency in implementing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from various industries.
