Role Description

Fostree International School is looking for passionate and committed CBSE Subject Teachers in Science, Social Science, English, or Mathematics. Teachers with strong expertise in any one of these subjects are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create engaging, inquiry-based and experiential learning experiences.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Develop and conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support.
- Integrate appropriate technology and real-world applications into teaching.
- Maintain lesson plans, assessment records,



and other academic documentation.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Participate in departmental planning, teacher meetings, training, and professional development.
- Contribute to school events, clubs, projects, and the wider life of the school.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Uphold Fostree’s values, safeguarding standards, and student-centered learning culture.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use technology meaningfully in teaching and learning.
- A willingness to adopt innovative, experiential, and student-centered approaches.
