About the Role
We are looking for a B.Sc. Cardiology / Cardiac Care Technology graduate to work alongside the Cath Lab HOD and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Cath Lab.
The role will involve assisting during procedures, preparing the Cath Lab, maintaining equipment and consumables, coordinating with other departments and ensuring the Cath Lab is ready for scheduled and emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Cath Lab HOD and clinical team during procedures within the scope of training and qualification.
- Prepare the Cath Lab and required equipment before procedures.
- Ensure required consumables, catheters, wires, contrast and other materials are available.
- Monitor Cath Lab stock and coordinate with Stores/Pharmacy for timely replenishment.
- Assist with patient preparation and transfer to and from the Cath Lab.
- Ensure patient files, investigations and required documentation are available before procedures.
- Assist with maintaining Cath Lab registers, procedure records and documentation.
- Help clean,
reset and prepare the Cath Lab after each procedure.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Stores, Pharmacy, Biomedical and other departments as required.
- Report equipment issues, maintenance requirements or stock shortages promptly to the HOD.
- Support the HOD in maintaining a safe, organised and procedure-ready Cath Lab.
- Assist with emergency Cath Lab cases when required.
- Perform other duties related to Cath Lab operations as assigned by the HOD.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Cardiology / B.Sc. Cardiac Care Technology
- Candidates with relevant Cath Lab experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with the appropriate qualification may also be considered.

- Good understanding of Cath Lab procedures and workflow
- Basic knowledge of Cath Lab equipment and consumables
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team
- Willingness to work shifts and support emergency procedures when required
- Responsible, organised and attentive to detail
Reporting Reports to: Cath Lab HOD
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
