We are seeking experienced Design Engineers to support Design & drafting tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in Concept Design, drafting while ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and implement design & Drafting tasks, depending on the specific project and domain.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including conceptual designs using CATIA V5
- Experience of independently developing designs using CAD Tools (CATIA primarily) for Modeling, Drafting.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, manufacturing engineers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating regularly with team members in client organizations and shall provide periodic update on project progress, quality metrics, project summaries, and other related documents.
- Conduct design reviews, present technical findings, and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Ensure all design tasks meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.
- Responsible for Co-ordination & Communication with internal team & Customer, quality metrics, project summaries,



and other related documents
- Identify and mitigate design risks, propose innovative solutions to technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in design processes.

Required Skills:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Design engineering /manufacturing engineering with in aerospace Domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in relation with CATIA V5 (Part, Assembly, Drafting, and Sheetmetal modules).
- Experience in design of various aircraft structural components.
- Proficiency in ENOVIA /Teamcenter for PLM operations.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards.
- Proven ability to lead design projects, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results within demanding timelines.
- Experience of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and DFMA principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Tech /BE /M.Tech /ME in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience in the aerospace sector is highly preferred.
