Role :

We are looking for a Category Merchandiser to manage day-to-day coordination between Category Heads, Vendors, Stores, Warehouse and the Shoot/Online team, ensuring the right inventory and product information is available at the right place and time.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

Monitor store and warehouse inventory and identify stock requirements.

Coordinate with stores for replenishment, transfers and stock availability.

Daily follow-up with vendors on POs, production, dispatches and deliveries.

Prepare, generate and release POs and track them till closure.

Maintain MIS and category reports for stock, POs, inventory, ageing and pending orders.

Coordinate with the Category Head on shoot planning and shoot requirements for both Online and Offline.

Maintain and update shoot details, including styles/products going for shoot, shoot status, availability and pending requirements.

Ensure products required for website/online shoots and offline/catalogue requirements are available and coordinated on time.





Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product details, SKU information and shoot data are accurately captured and updated.

Highlight stock gaps, delays and critical issues to the Category Head.

Accuracy and completeness of online/offline shoot details

MIS accuracy and timely reporting

Reduction of stock gaps / ageing inventory

Candidate Profile :

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in retail merchandising, fashion or designer brands.

Strong Excel and MIS skills.

Good computer skills and comfortable working on Chrome / Google Workspace.

Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.

Good numerical and analytical ability.

- Should be organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion retail workplace.
