Duration: 10 days during Navratri (11/10/26- 20/10/26)

Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
About the Role
We are looking for 2 energetic and responsible helpers to work at a premium beverage counter during a 10-day Navratri event.
No professional barista experience is required. We will train you on our recipes and counter process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve iced coffee, cold coffee, frappe and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Pour pre-prepared cold coffee accurately into cups.
- Add ice, cream, chocolate drizzle and other toppings as instructed.
- Operate a commercial blender safely.
- Serve ready-to-drink products.
- Keep the counter, equipment and work area clean and organized.
- Refill cups, ice, straws, napkins and other supplies.
- Help maintain fast service during peak hours.
- Follow food hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing the beverage station.
- Inform the supervisor when ingredients or supplies are running low.
- Work cooperatively with the other helper and event team.
Requirements
- Age 18+
- Energetic and physically comfortable with long night shifts.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic communication skills.
- Able to work during late-night Navratri hours.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Willing to learn recipes and follow instructions.
- Previous café, food counter or event experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Important
This is a rapid-paced event environment. The ability to work calmly during busy periods and maintain cleanliness is more important than previous café experience.
Training will be provided before the event.
Compensation
Daily payment will be discussed based on experience and responsibilities.
