Zeitgeist Retail Private Limited (ZRPL) is an E-Commerce Technology and Services company, headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The company works closely with leading brands to manage end-to-end services, including product listing and catalog management, stock planning, accounts reconciliation, and sales return management for a transformational platform as an API integration for employer brands and consumer technology service companies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalogue Lead with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing product catalogues and should have previously handled or led a small team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain online product catalogues accurately and on a real-time basis.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, including product names, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, well-structured, and correctly categorized.
- Coordinate with brand, marketing, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate product content.
- Handle onboarding of new vendors, brands, and products onto the platform.
- Review catalogue data regularly and identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors.




- Monitor team activities and ensure catalogue-related tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Guide and coordinate with team members to maintain data quality and productivity.
- Track task progress and follow up on pending catalogue updates.
- Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements to improve catalogue accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–2 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce operations, product data management, or a related role.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and work with large volumes of data.
- Good understanding of the relationship between data inputs and business outputs.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, catalogue management, or product operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
