Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily billing and cash-related activities, along with reporting, staff coordination, and routine clerical work. The candidate should be good with numbers, organized, and comfortable working with staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Billing

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare customer bills, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Maintain daily cash collection and transaction records.
- Verify cash and payment collections and coordinate for daily closing.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash collection reports.
- Maintain sales, payment, and reconciliation records.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and other MIS reports.
- Submit required reports to the management/HR/accounts team on time.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and other documents.

Staff Coordination

- Coordinate with store staff regarding billing, payments, and transaction-related queries.
- Follow up with staff for required information and reports.




- Coordinate with management/accounts team for payment and documentation-related matters.
- Communicate significant instructions and updates to concerned staff.

Clerical & Administrative Work

- Perform routine data entry and clerical activities.
- Maintain records, registers, and office documents.
- Support the team in general administrative and documentation work as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and company information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in cashiering, retail, accounts support, billing, or administration will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

As per company/store requirements.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
