About Sareen Career Coaching

Sareen Career Coaching supports mid level and senior professionals across Canada and the United States with resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, career positioning, and job search support. We are expanding our client delivery team and looking for someone who can confidently conduct structured one on one strategy calls with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

- Conduct one on one Resume Strategy calls with clients by following the approved script and call framework.
- Conduct one on one LinkedIn Strategy calls and explain the established LinkedIn rules, profile recommendations, best practices, and job search techniques.
- Follow the required steps and checklist during every call so that no key topic is missed.
- Review the relevant client information before each scheduled call.
- Explain the process clearly and answer common client questions using the training and guidance provided.
- Maintain a friendly, confident, patient, and professional presence during every client interaction.
- Use Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Docs, Calendly, HubSpot, WhatsApp, and similar tools as part of the daily workflow.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
