About the Role: Career counselling and university readiness professional with 2–3 years of experience working with middle and high school students. Experienced in career exploration, subject selection, profile building, and international undergraduate admissions, with the ability to translate students’ interests and aspirations into structured long-term development plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct student discovery and career counselling sessions to understand interests, strengths, and aspirations.
- Develop personalised profile-building and university-readiness roadmaps.
- Guide students on subject choices aligned with potential courses and career pathways.




- Identify and recommend relevant competitions, research, internships, projects, summer programmes and leadership opportunities.
- Review student profiles periodically, identify gaps and define clear next steps.
- Guide students and parents on university pathways, admissions expectations and long-term planning.
- Maintain knowledge of undergraduate admissions across major international destinations.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure continuity as students move into their application year.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution; background in Psychology, Education, Communication, or related fields preferred
- 2+ years of experience in student counseling, client-facing roles, academic coordination, or operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide students and parents
- High ownership mindset with solid attention to detail and timelines
- Comfortable managing both people-facing responsibilities and operational workflows
- Strong interest in education, student development, and global admissions pathways
