Role Description:

The role involves understanding learners’ career goals, recommending suitable programs,



conducting counselling sessions, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students on career paths and suitable courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend relevant programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and consultations.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive enrolment experience.
- Ideal Candidate: Solid communication and counselling skills, a student-focused approach, and a willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment. Prior experience in education sales, career counselling, or inside sales is preferred.
