We are looking for a Career Counsellor cum Branch Manager to join our team at our Raja Park, Jaipur branch.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and counselling skills, be confident in dealing with students and parents, and have the ability to manage day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, careers, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle student and parent queries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Manage daily branch operations and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.





Requirements candidate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Prior experience in career counselling, education sales, admissions, or branch management will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working with admission targets and follow-ups.
- Candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas are preferred.
