About the RoleEqualifi is looking for a energetic Career Advisor to join our Education & Memberships team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, young professionals, and finance aspirants exploring Equalifi’s certification programs and membership network.

You will guide individuals on their career paths in alternative investments, family offices, and wealth management, helping them select the right certifications and membership tiers to achieve their professional goals. This is a hybrid role combining career counseling, educational advisory, and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Career Counseling & Guidance
- Conduct 1-on-1 sessions (call/video/in-person) with students and professionals to understand their career aspirations.
- Advise on the right Equalifi certifications and membership tiers based on their background and goals.
- Explain the benefits of Equalifi’s network, events, and learning resources.

- Membership & Certification Sales

- Convert inquiries into paid memberships and certification enrollments.
- Meet monthly targets for membership sign-ups and course sales.
- Follow up with leads from webinars, events, and digital campaigns.

- Member Onboarding & Support

- Guide new members through the onboarding process (platform access, event registration, community introduction).
- Address queries related to payments, certifications, and event access.
- Ensure high member satisfaction and retention through proactive check-ins.





Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in Finance/HR is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial services (mutual funds, stocks, banking) is preferred.

Experience
- 1–4 years in career counseling, ed-tech sales, membership sales, or customer success.
- Experience in BFSI, finance training, or professional networking platforms is a strong plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for finance are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written skills.
- Sales & Persuasion: Ability to convert inquiries into sales without being pushy.
- Empathy: Genuine interest in helping students and professionals grow their careers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Target-Driven: Comfortable working with monthly sales/enrollment targets.
