Drive company car safely and responsibly.

Pick up and drop company staff, management, clients, or guests as instructed.

Follow assigned routes and ensure timely arrival.

Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside.

Check fuel, tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, and other basic vehicle conditions regularly.

Inform the concerned person about servicing, repairs, or vehicle issues.

Maintain records of fuel, travel, kilometres, and vehicle expenses if required.

Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.

Keep vehicle documents such as insurance, PUC, RC, and driving licence updated.

Assist with official errands, document delivery, or small material collection when required.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company travel and management schedules.

Requirements

Valid driving licence.

Minimum 2–5 years of car driving experience preferred.

Good knowledge of local roads and routes.

Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Good communication and polite behaviour.

Adaptable to work additional hours or travel outstation when required.
