Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the medical services department.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes for general surgery, interventional radiology, orthopedic surgery, and other specialties.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to established protocols.

Job Requirements :

- 2-15 years of experience in healthcare management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of cardiovascular, general surgery, interventional radiology, orthopedic surgery, SDS (Single-Use Disposable Sets), and surgical procedures.
- Proven track record of implementing successful QA programs in a hospital setting.
