Role & responsibilities : Canteen management Supervisor required for one year contract at our Dholera(Gujarat) Manufacturing Plant location.

Note : This is a One Year contract Job Opening.

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant canteen.
- Ensure timely availability of meals, snacks, beverages, and refreshments for employees and visitors.
- Monitor food quality, taste, quantity, and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, dining areas, food storage facilities, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Arrange refreshments, meals, and hospitality services for visitors, customers, auditors, senior management, and corporate meetings.
- Coordinate guest house, conference room, and VIP visit requirements when applicable.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and qualified service during plant visits and events.




- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs involving food and hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Maintain records related to food quality checks, inspections, vendor certifications, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within food service areas.
- Coordinate periodic health check-ups for canteen staff as per regulations.
- Address employee feedback and grievances related to food quality and canteen services.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
