Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Internship experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Hiring is an added advantage

Willingness to travel across PAN India for campus engagement activities

Candidates must currently reside in Bangalore The Role: As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
