Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at Nirmaan is a full-time remote position focused on promoting Nirmaan’s mission and programs within educational institutions. In this role, the ambassador will build relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations to increase awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include conducting online presentations and information sessions, coordinating digital outreach campaigns, and sharing program updates through campus communication channels and social media.

The ambassador will identify opportunities for collaborations, gather feedback from stakeholders,



and support the enrollment of schools and student groups into Nirmaan initiatives. This role requires proactive communication, regular reporting on outreach activities, and close collaboration with Nirmaan’s central team.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver effective Presentations and facilitate engaging online sessions or webinars.
- Marketing and basic Sales skills to promote Nirmaan’s programs and support school or student sign-ups.
- Networking capabilities to build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and capacity to work independently in a remote, full-time environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms for outreach and community building.
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a college or university, with interest in education, social impact, or youth development.
- Prior experience in campus leadership roles, student organizations, or ambassador programs is an advantage.
