Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop opportunities for conducting medical camps and health awareness camps in the assigned area.

- Coordinate with societies, corporates, schools, communities, local organizations, and other institutions for camp arrangements.

- Generate patient leads through medical camps, awareness activities, and local outreach programs.

- Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and centre staff to ensure smooth execution of camps.

- Handle complete pre-camp, camp-day, and post-camp activities.

- Promote hospital/IVF services and create awareness about available treatments and services.

- Maintain solid relationships with local contacts, organizations, doctors, and referral sources.





- Ensure proper registration and collection of patient details/leads during camps and submit them to the concerned team.

- Coordinate patient follow-ups with the counselling/reception team to improve conversion.

- Achieve assigned camp, lead-generation, and patient-footfall targets.

- Maintain daily records of camp activities, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the Team Leader / Business Development Head.

- Conduct regular field visits to identify new areas and potential camp opportunities.

- Support other business development and promotional activities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
