:

We are looking for a CAM Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in Mastercam for our Bangalore location. The candidate will be responsible for CAM programming, CNC machining process development, toolpath generation, and optimization of machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for machining components.

- Create 2D/3D toolpaths based on engineering drawings and 3D models.

- Handle roughing, finishing, drilling, pocketing, contouring, and other machining operations.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, feeds, and speeds.

- Perform toolpath verification and simulation to identify and eliminate collisions and machining errors.

- Understand GD&T;, engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining requirements.

- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve machining-related issues.

- Optimize machining cycles,



tool utilization, and overall manufacturing processes.

- Support CNC machine setup, program validation, and troubleshooting as required.

- Ensure programs comply with quality and manufacturing standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3–6 years of experience in CAM/CNC programming.

- Strong hands-on experience in Mastercam.

- Valuable knowledge of 2D and 3D machining.

- Experience in CNC milling/machining operations.

- Knowledge of toolpath creation, simulation, and optimization.

- Good understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and machining parameters.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;.

- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing practices.
