Telecaller & Office Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and confident Telecaller & Office Assistant to handle customer calls, payment follow-ups, new customer outreach, and basic billing/invoicing work.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with retailers and distributors, and be able to maintain proper records and follow up regularly.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collection.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and other queries.
- Make calls to current and potential customers and introduce our products/services.
- Follow up with new customers and maintain proper records of leads and conversations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and basic sales documents.
- Enter and maintain customer, order, payment, and invoice details in Excel/software.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams whenever required.
- Inform the concerned person about customer requirements, complaints, or pending issues.




- Perform other basic office and calling-related tasks as required.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to prepare invoices and maintain records.
- Polite, patient, and professional approach while dealing with customers.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to keep track of pending payments and tasks.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer follow-up, billing, or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.

We Are Looking For Someone who is responsible, organized, polite with customers, and good at follow-ups. The role requires both communication skills and basic computer/office skills. Experience: 0–3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹[9000] – ₹[18000] per month, depending on experience

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
