Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Calling and IndiaMART Handling position. The team member will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to existing and potential customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product information. Daily activities include managing and updating IndiaMART leads, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the sales and production teams to ensure timely responses and order closures.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing basic quotations or forwarding details to the relevant team, and ensuring professional communication at all touchpoints.



The position requires consistent presence on-site to collaborate with colleagues, attend internal meetings, and support day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- Experience in managing online B2B platforms (preferably IndiaMART), including lead handling, follow-ups, and basic data entry.
- Customer service orientation, including the ability to understand customer needs, provide clear information, and maintain positive relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support in manufacturing or trading companies is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
