Role Description This full-time on-site Call Center Representative role is based in Ludhiana and focuses on supporting prospective students.





The representative is expected to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, adhere to established scripts and guidelines, and meet performance targets related to responsiveness, service quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions
- Strong spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and perform under time-sensitive conditions.
- a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in education services, or related industries is a plus.
