Call Centre & Certification Support for PM-WANI

Location

C-DOT Delhi

Qualification

B.E/B.Tech (CS or ECE)

Experience

- An experience on PM-WANI scheme i.e knowledge of Central Registry Portal.
- PDOA /App Related knowledge and the certification of PDOA stack/APP stack of PM-WANI

- Working knowledge of Wi-Fi system/Wi-Fi Controller/AAA system for Wi-Fi service delivery
- Minimum 6-8 yrs experience in this and similar field

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operation and Maintenance support of PM-WANI Central Registry Portal
- Additional report generation for the DOT/Govt
- Certification of PDOA and APP Providers at PM-WANI Certification Lab at C-DOT Delhi.

- Tele-call to support to PDOAs and APP Providers etc.
