Position: Family Law Paralegal

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced California Family Law Paralegal who can independently support family law cases from intake through completion , while working under attorney supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle family law cases start to finish , including client intake and case management.
- Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
- Handle court filings and track filing requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain organized case files and document management systems.
- Assist with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding case-related documentation and updates.
- Monitor court deadlines, case status, and required follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as required.





Requirements
- Prior California family law experience is required.
- Proven experience handling family law matters from intake through completion.
- Strong knowledge of California family law procedures, filings, and court processes.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
