Globetrek Engineering Corporation is looking for an experienced Calibration & Service Engineer to handle calibration, servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of civil engineering and laboratory testing equipment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with testing instruments such as Compression Testing Machines (CTM), Test Sieves, Sieve Shakers, Material Testing Equipment, NDT Equipment, and other laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform calibration, servicing, inspection, and maintenance of Compression Testing Machines (CTM) and other civil engineering testing equipment.
- Carry out calibration and inspection of Test Sieves and Sieve Shakers.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and instrumentation-related issues in testing equipment.
- Attend customer sites for installation, breakdown service, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
- Diagnose equipment faults and recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions.
- Prepare calibration certificates, service reports, inspection reports, and related technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, equipment issues, and technical requirements.
- Provide technical support to the sales and internal service teams.
- Maintain proper service records and follow up on pending service issues.
- Handle equipment received at the service centre for inspection and repair.




- Support new equipment installation and customer demonstrations when required.
- Travel to customer locations across Maharashtra and other locations as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE/ Btech in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in calibration, servicing, maintenance, or repair of laboratory/testing equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of CTM calibration and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Test Sieves, Sieve Shakers, UTM, Concrete Testing, Soil Testing, NDT, or Material Testing Equipment will be an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of calibration procedures, measurement instruments, sensors, load cells, and testing-machine components.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently at customer sites.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare professional service and calibration reports.
- Willingness to travel for service and calibration assignments.
- Valid driving licence will be preferred.
