Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and validate finite element models for automotive components, subsystems, and vehicle-level assemblies.

2. Perform linear static, modal and durability simulations using CAE tools.

3. Conduct fatigue life assessments using strain-life /stress-life methodology.

4. Evaluate structural performance under road load, proving ground, and customer usage conditions.

5. Correlate CAE results with physical test data and recommend model improvements.

6. Analyze stress, strain, displacement, and load paths to identify durability concerns.

7. Investigate component failures and recommend design improvements.

8. Interpreting and understanding simulations results, preparing comprehensive analysis report.

9. Work closely with Design, Testing, Vehicle Integration, and Manufacturing teams.

10. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.





11. Good in communication and customer interaction.

12. Trouble shooting, debugging and problem-solving skills

13. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to current tools, technologies and project requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in CAE Durability simulation for automotive vehicle manufacturer.

- Proven experience in structural durability and fatigue evaluation of automotive components and vehicle systems.

- Experience in handling BIW, chassis, suspension, powertrain mounts, aggregates and Engine mounted aggregates

- Hands-on experience in handling full vehicle model with multipoint multidirectional inputs
