Role: Café Hostess – South Indian Restaurant

Experience: 0–3 years in Café / Restaurant / Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Explain South Indian dishes, menu items, specials, and offers.
- Handle guest queries and provide basic information about the menu.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, and waiting lists.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure the entrance, reception, and dining areas are clean and presentable.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist the service team during busy hours and peak periods.
- Maintain proper guest records and reservation details when required.




- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and skilled grooming.
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Friendly, polite, and confident approach.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle guests during busy hours.
- Good presence of mind and problem-solving ability.
- Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
