Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Cable Tray Installation Technicians for a project in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, assembling, supporting, and maintaining cable tray systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install cable trays, ladders, supports, brackets, and related accessories.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
- Measure, cut, align, and securely fix cable trays at the required locations.
- Install cable tray supports using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper spacing, alignment, levelling, and secure fastening of cable trays.
- Coordinate with electricians and other site teams during installation activities.
- Carry out cable tray modifications, extensions, and adjustments when required.
- Inspect completed installations and correct any defects or alignment issues.
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, and site procedures.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.





Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in cable tray installation.
- Previous experience on construction, industrial, commercial, or MEP projects.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and cable tray layouts.
- Knowledge of cable tray types, supports, fittings, and installation methods.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and cutting equipment safely.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in demanding site conditions.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- UAE or GCC project experience will be an advantage.
