We are hiring Manager - Transaction Advisory for our office situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and execute transaction advisory, structuring and estate planning mandates for our family office clients.

The role is focused on taking ownership of transactions from evaluation to closure, coordinating all relevant stakeholders and delivering customised solutions aligned with the client's commercial, financial and family objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of transaction mandates, from initial evaluation and structuring through planning, documentation and closure.
- Evaluate investment, acquisition, divestment and strategic opportunities across asset classes.
- Develop transaction strategies and customised execution plans based on the specific objectives of HNIs, UHNIs and business families.
- Coordinate with investors, promoters, developers, institutions, legal advisors, tax professionals, bankers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and drive transactions towards timely and efficient closure.
- Review key financial,



commercial and transaction information required for client decision-making.
- Prepare transaction notes, proposals, presentations, case summaries and execution roadmaps.
- Design and implement ownership, investment, holding and transaction structures considering commercial, tax, regulatory and succession objectives.
- Advise clients on estate and succession planning, including ownership transition, family holding structures, trusts and other succession mechanisms.
- Work closely with clients to understand their broader family office objectives and ensure that every transaction is structured and executed within that context.
- Monitor ongoing transactions and investments and proactively coordinate follow-up actions until completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred candidate profile

- CA professional with relevant experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, family office, corporate finance or consulting.
- Exposure to structuring, taxation, estate planning or family office advisory would be an advantage.
- High degree of ownership, discretion, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple complex assignments independently.
