Job Title: Industrial Trainee – Finance Operations

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Mon - Fri, Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical trackers for receivables, settlements, seller disputes, and SLA adherence Assist in monitoring receivables ageing, collection efficiency, and working capital performance. Analyze SPF payouts, seller settlement data, and other key operational metrics to provide actionable business insights. Prepare and analyze seller reconciliation statements, identify exceptions, and support closure of open items and NDCs.

Perform trend analysis on seller queries, reconciliation backlogs, recoveries, and operational performance metrics. Collaborate with Business, Category, Product, Treasury, Tax, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues and drive process efficiencies. Support month-end closing activities.

Support seller onboarding governance, KYC validation, and master data quality reviews. Assist in preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and management responses for internal and statutory audits. Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for process improvement and automation initiatives.

Prepare leadership presentations, management reviews, and data-backed recommendations for decision-making.

Must-Have Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Advanced proficiency in Excel,



including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and financial analysis. Good understanding of accounting, reconciliations, financial controls, and working capital concepts. Ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to SAP ERP systems. Knowledge of financial reporting, audit, GST, and TDS processes. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or seller finance processes. Interest in automation, process improvement, and data analytics.

Qualifications Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines. Solid academic record with demonstrated analytical capabilities. Interest in business finance, operations analytics, and process improvement.
