Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and concept-oriented classes for CA students.

- Teach subjects such as:

- Cost & Management Accounting

- Direct Taxation

- Indirect Taxation / GST

- Economics, as applicable to the CA curriculum.

- Explain theoretical and practical concepts with relevant examples and case studies.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study material, question banks, and revision notes.

- Solve and discuss ICAI study material, RTPs, MTPs, past examination questions, and practice questions.

- Conduct revision sessions, doubt-solving classes, and examination-oriented discussions.

- Regularly evaluate student performance through tests and assessments.

- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students.





- Keep teaching content aligned with the latest ICAI syllabus, amendments, notifications, and examination pattern.

- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.

- Maintain qualified communication and a positive classroom environment.

Eligibility

- CA / CA Finalist / CMA / relevant postgraduate qualification, depending on the subject.

- Strong command over the relevant CA curriculum.

- Prior teaching experience in CA/CMA/commerce coaching is preferred.

- Candidates with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
