Salary: Up to ₹1.30 Lakh/month, based on experience

Industry Preference: Coal / Mining sector experience will be given preference

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA Qualified Finance & Accounts professional to manage financial control, accounting operations, cash flow, banking, compliance, reporting and financial planning. Candidates with Coal / Mining sector experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, financial reporting and statutory books.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, MIS and financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, ageing analysis and payment follow-ups.
- Oversee bank reconciliation, cash management and banking operations.
- Monitor working capital and ensure availability of funds as per business requirements.
- Handle TDS, GST, income-tax and other statutory compliance.
- Manage data, projections, stock statements and banking documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal departments.




- Monitor foreign exchange transactions and forward gain/loss.
- Support management with financial analysis, cost control and business decisions.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
