Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, MySQL, Git, and Camunda 8 to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions.

- Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda 8 BPM platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices.
- Manage version control and collaboration using Git.
- Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services.




- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to align solutions with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Document technical designs, processes, and project deliverables for knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills

- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Robust understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN standard.
- Experience with Camunda Platform 8, specifically Zeebe, Operate, and Modeler.
- Experience with microservices architecture, gRPC, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for self-managed setups.
