Required Technical Skills

C++ Development

- 6+ years of software-development experience.
- Strong expertise in Modern C++ (C++14/17 or later).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, STL, multithreading and concurrency, memory management, performance optimization, debugging and profiling.
- Experience developing production-grade system software.

Windows and Linux System Expertise

Strong hands-on expertise with Windows and Linux operating systems, including system services, process and thread management, networking, security, certificate handling, diagnostics, performance analysis and production troubleshooting. Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex cross-platform system-level issues and drive reliable software delivery in production environments.

PKI & Security Platform Experience - Mandatory

- Experience developing secure software solutions on Windows and/or Linux platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, or supporting PKI, cryptographic, identity, or security-focused platforms.
- Experience implementing and managing certificate lifecycle management, including certificate issuance, renewal, rotation, revocation, and recovery workflows.
- Experience with X.509 certificates, TLS/mTLS, certificate-based authentication, and secure communication protocols.
- Experience designing and implementing secure device-to-cloud, service-to-service, or distributed system communication architectures.
- Experience integrating with Certificate Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities (RA), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), or enterprise key management solutions.




- Experience developing secure provisioning, enrollment, credential management, and trust establishment workflows.
- Experience with cryptographic libraries, key management, encryption technologies, and industry security standards.
- Understanding of security, reliability, resiliency, compliance, and operational considerations for large-scale PKI and certificate management platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining quality and regulatory documentation, including QMS artifacts, design documentation, verification records, traceability, and release documentation.
- Experience implementing automated testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks within regulated software environments.
- Familiarity with AI-Driven SDLC (AISDLC) practices and AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, and similar platforms to improve development productivity and quality.
