Role: Buyer - Service Procurement

- Experience: 4-6 Years

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation) or Graduate

- Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Execute end-to-end service procurement, run RFQs, and perform techno-commercial evaluations.

- Negotiation: Drive commercial discussions, e-auctions, and reverse auctions.

- Contracts: Finalize and manage AMCs, SLAs, and rate contracts.

- Vendor Management: Onboard, develop, and track vendor performance.

- Operations: Manage SAP/ERP transactions and generate MIS reports.

- Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil maintenance

- Kiln Shutdown, WHRS, and Captive Power Plant (CPP)

- Packing, Loading, Material Handling, and Manpower contracts

- Housekeeping, Scaffolding, Insulation, and AMCs

Required Skills

- Domain: Service procurement experience in heavy industry/cement

- Technical: SAP, SAP Ariba, E-sourcing, and MS Excel

- Competencies: Contract management, negotiation, and analytical skills
