Position: Business Development Executive

TRIVANDRUM

Salary: ₹15 - 25k month + Performance based Incentives

Experience: Freshers & 2-4years

Age: 26-30

Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location & Travel: Field-based role (Frequent local & regional client travel required)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and generate new business leads through market research and outbound calls.

Travel to client locations to conduct pitch presentations and negotiate commercial terms.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business offerings with client requirements.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking pipeline activity consistently.





Requirements & Qualifications

Male preferred (due to extensive field travel requirements)

Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field work is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
