Sumeru Global Support Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore is hiring a high-energy, commercially focused BUSINESS Leader who can hit the ground running from Day-1!

The Business Leader should have a demonstratable experience in Recruitment & Staffing and in workforce solutioning (like Hire-Train-Deploy / Placement-linked trainings) in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).

We are looking for a business leader who understands the BFSI talent market, knows the decision-makers in Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs and other financial institutions, can convert relationships into recruitment mandates, and can rapidly build a high-performing recruitment team with existing experience in managing mid-level and senior-level BFSI hiring mandates.

This is not a traditional recruitment leadership role.

Bangalore already has an established presence in the BFSI ecosystem, including extensive experience in banking operations, gold-loan audits and workforce-related services. You will therefore not be starting from a blank sheet of paper. The mandate is to also to convert that existing credibility and client access into a large, scalable BFSI Recruitment & Staffing business.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial business leader to build a recent revenue vertical with significant ownership and visibility.

2. Build the BFSI Staffing Business: Develop scalable recruitment solutions

3. Build Your Team

4. Own the Revenue & Profitability: You will have direct responsibility for Revenue / Gross margin / Recruitment volumes & productivity/ Client acquisition & retention & Cost of acquisition / Placement-to-joining conversion / Collections and Business profitability.
