MESADEN is in a build phase, and we are looking for someone who wants to get to work, learn quickly and prove what they can do.
This is a hands-on role working directly with the Founder across:
- Business and operations
- Research and analysis
- Projects and execution
- Client and internal work
- Business development
- AI and technology initiatives
- Documentation, coordination and follow-ups
- Whatever else the business needs to move forward
This is not a conventional 9–5 desk job and it is not a remote/hybrid position. You should be comfortable working in person wherever the work requires : office, client location, meetings, travel, etc. Work from home may occasionally be required depending on the business schedule. We are particularly open to people who are between jobs, restarting their careers, returning after a career break,
changing direction or simply looking for an opportunity to rebuild their skilled life.
We care about reliability, initiative, availability, willingness to learn and the ability to get things done.
Students may apply only if they can genuinely maintain the availability required by the business.

- Full-time commitment
- Initial 2-month paid trial
- Performance and fit assessed through actual work
- Candidates who prove themselves will be considered for appropriate compensation and a longer-term 1-year engagement
