A leading financial services company is hiring Business Support Executives for multiple locations across the Thrissur Region.

Locations

Edappal | Vadakkenchery | Kunnamkulam | Thrissur Round North | Thrissur Kokkalai

Salary

₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to branch visitors and customer queries
- Handle telephone calls and respond to enquiries
- Explain company products and services to clients
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients
- Prospect for recent clients through cold calling, appointments, and references
- Provide information on different investment options
- Assist clients with investment application forms and account opening
- Update clients on Mutual Fund schemes, NFOs, IPOs, and market trends
- Provide after-sales service, follow-up, and support client retention
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Maintain branch back-office entries and records
- Support branch promotional activities
- Handle routine branch administration
