ABOUT THE ROLE

MantriAI is hiring a Business Product Manager for one of our client partners to lead an AI-powered creative platform combining Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and fashion/creative expertise to deliver high-quality creative output at scale.

This is a business and product ownership role where you will define the product roadmap, drive customer outcomes, improve product quality, and own the metrics that determine product and business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the product roadmap from problem identification through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track key metrics including revenue, margin, cost per output/SKU, quality, customer acceptance, turnaround time, and adoption.
- Understand customer requirements and recurring pain points and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
- Own product quality, identify root causes of recurring issues, and build feedback loops between customers, operations, and product development.
- Work closely with AI/Technology, Fashion & Creative, Quality, Operations, and Account Management teams to drive product priorities.
- Identify production bottlenecks, cost leaks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership and account teams on pricing, growth, unit economics, and commercial sustainability.

PRODUCT & AI
- Work closely with Technology/AI teams on Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automated workflows.
- Understand AI technologies well enough to evaluate trade-offs and translate business requirements into clear product priorities.
- You will not be expected to build the AI systems yourself,



but should be comfortable working closely with technical teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–5 years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product or complex workflow.
- Experience owning product/business metrics and influencing revenue, cost, margin, efficiency, or growth through product decisions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability with comfort working with data, metrics, and experimentation.
- Ability to translate customer problems into structured product requirements and scalable solutions.
- Strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with AI-powered products, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience in fashion, ecommerce, creative technology, or digital production.
- Experience with workflow automation or operationally complex products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- BS/MS with an MBA, or BS/MS with relevant product and business experience.
