I.EVO is a design-and-build company focused on luxury hotels and hospitality projects.

Our work covers business development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, FF&E; design and manufacturing, logistics, installation and project handover.

The business requires close coordination between clients, hotel operators, designers, consultants, suppliers, manufacturing teams and project-site teams. Purpose of the Role The Business Process Reengineering Lead will review and improve how work moves across I.EVO.

The role will cover the complete business journey:

Opportunity → proposal → contract → design → procurement → manufacturing → site execution → handover The person will map current processes, identify the causes of delays and rework, redesign priority processes and support their implementation.

This is a hands-on role. The person must work directly with operating teams, understand actual working practices and remain involved until the improved processes are adopted.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Mapping

- Prepare an overall map of I.EVO’s main business processes.
- Map selected processes from beginning to end.
- Document activities, responsibilities, approvals, handovers, systems and information used.
- Validate the process maps with the teams performing the work.
- Process Review - Review live and completed projects, existing systems, reports and working practices.
- Meet teams across business development, design, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, projects, sites and finance.
- Visit project sites and manufacturing facilities where required.
- Identify delays, repeated work, weak handovers, unclear responsibilities and control gaps.
- Identify the underlying cause of each problem.

Process Redesign

- Design simpler and more reliable ways of working.
- Define process ownership, responsibilities, approvals and decision authority.




- Remove unnecessary steps, repeated work and avoidable approvals.
- Improve coordination between design, procurement, manufacturing and site teams.
- Prevent work from starting without complete and approved information.
- Define practical controls and performance measures.
- Prepare required checklists, templates, registers and work instructions.

Implementation

- Prepare implementation plans for approved changes.
- Train and support process owners and operating teams.
- Resolve issues identified during implementation.
- Refine processes based on practical experience.
- Support wider rollout across I.EVO.
- Track actions, adoption and results. Priority Process Areas

The role may cover:

- Lead qualification, bidding, estimation and commercial proposals
- Contract review and sales-to-delivery handover
- Project setup and mobilisation
- Design management and approvals
- Procurement, vendor management and logistics
- FF&E; design, manufacturing, quality and installation
- Project schedule, cost and margin control
- Construction and site execution
- Change, contract and document management
- Billing, handover and project closure
- Priorities will be agreed with the Head, Process Excellence.
- Management reporting and process governance

Expected Outputs The person will be expected to produce:

- Overall business process map
- Current and redesigned process maps
- Clear process ownership and responsibilities
- Analysis of problems and their causes
- Required checklists, templates and work instructions

- Measurable before-and-after improvements

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience in business process mapping and redesign
- Experience in a project-based, engineering or manufacturing business
- Experience working across several departments
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Ability to understand project schedules, drawings, cost information, manufacturing and site execution
- Strong listening, questioning and documentation skills
- Ability to identify the real causes of delays and rework
- Ability to explain complex processes in simple language
- Confidence to challenge existing practices respectfully
- Strong follow-up and implementation discipline
- Experience in hospitality, interiors, EPC, design-and-build, FF&E;, construction, manufacturing, procurement or project controls will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and manufacturing facilities

Experience and Education

- 5–15 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in process improvement, business process redesign, operationsand manufacturing excellence.
- Degree in engineering, construction management, business/operations/production management.
- Practical implementation experience will be given greater importance than qualifications alone.
