We are looking for a high agency BizOps (Business Operations) who would work directly with the founders on core execution across supply chain, service delivery, customer experience, and digital product operations.This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on ensuring in delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience — from order to installation to usage.

Qualifications

- Strong business operations experience, including process mapping, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
- 1-3 years experience in startup ops/supply chain/consulting/Bizops roles
- Analytical skills and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written documentation and effective verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to support internal and external partners and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in revenue operations,



sales operations, or consulting environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Supply Chain & Operations Management- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics and warehouse management partners Track production timelines, inventory, and dispatches. Ensure alignment between demand planning and supply availability.Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks

2.⁠ ⁠Service Delivery & Installation Experience Supervision- Track installation timelines and success rates. Supervise on-gound serivce delivery TAT (Turn Around Time) and experience

3.⁠ ⁠Customer Experience (CX)- Track customer feedback, complaints, and build systems for timely resolution. Monitor reviews and conversations across digital/social platforms

4.⁠ ⁠Tracking & Analytics- Build dashboards to track orders, inventory, deliveries, installations, service metrics, and customer satisfaction. Use data to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency

5.⁠ ⁠Digital Product & App Operations- Work with product/tech teams on Client app, website and other digital interfaces.Ensure alignment between physical product experience and digital platform experience
