We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, He/she should be a go getter with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

SALARY : Between 15-25k Including Incentive

QUALIFICATION: DEGREE (OR) MBA

RESPONSBILITY

· Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.

· Making Inbound calls and handling the CRM

· Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.

· Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project. - Suggesting the best projects to the clients based on their requirements and budget.

· Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing.

· Working for accomplishing self and team target

· Will be reporting directly to the MD.

SKILLS: Basic Communication skills, Willingness to learn,



Good attitude and professionalism Ability to work in a team.

REQUIREMENTS: communication skills + basic phone experience

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year experience in Marketing and Sales

WORK MODE: On Site- Subramaniyapuram

TIMING: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
