Role Description The Business Intelligence & Research Intern will support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to guide business and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data extraction from various sources, helping to design and maintain data models, and contributing to the development of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. The intern will participate in research activities, such as market and competitor analysis, and help document findings in clear, structured formats.

on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project timelines. The intern will also be involved in improving data processes and supporting the implementation of best practices in data management and business intelligence.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and derive meaningful insights.
- Foundational knowledge of Data Analytics and familiarity with tools or languages commonly used for analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
- Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes for organizing and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Basic experience or coursework in Data Modeling and database design principles to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to document research findings clearly, communicate effectively with team members, and present information in a structured manner.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies in business intelligence and research.
- Exposure to business intelligence or visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
