We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head – Weaving to le ad the weaving vertical of an established textile organization.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in weaving operations, business development, commercial management, and growth ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall business strategy and growth of the weaving vertical
- Own the revenue, and business performance
- Drive productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and capacity utilization
- Manage key customer relationships and strengthen the business portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Monitor market trends, pricing, competition, and customer requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing management team




- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate:

- 8-15+ years of experience in the textile/weaving industry
- Strong experience in weaving operations and business management
- Proven track record of handling a sizeable weaving business/vertical
- Robust understanding of P&L;, costing, commercial, and profitability management
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong network and understanding of the textile market
- Experience with modern weaving technologies and large-scale manufacturing will be an advantage
