About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Head with a strong background in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry to lead business growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic expansion.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a Forex/CFD broker and a strong understanding of brokerage business models, trading products, client acquisition, IB networks, and revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the overall business development and sales function.
- Drive acquisition of new clients, traders, and strategic business partners.
- Build and expand IB, Master IB, Affiliate, and introducing partner networks.
- Develop new markets and identify opportunities for geographical expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, partners, and key business accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, deposits, trading activity, and revenue.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Management teams.
- Develop strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, trading volume, and overall business performance.
- Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
- Set business targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.




- Prepare regular business performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Identify new revenue channels and partnership opportunities within the Forex/CFD ecosystem.

Required Industry Experience
- Mandatory experience with a Forex/CFD Broker or Brokerage Company.
- Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading accounts, spreads, leverage, liquidity, and brokerage operations.
- Experience in IB/Master IB, Affiliate, or partner network development.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and trader onboarding processes.
- Proven experience in managing sales/business development teams.
- Strong knowledge of international Forex/CFD markets and client acquisition channels.
- Existing industry contacts/network will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
- Previous experience in a Business Head / Head of Business / Head of Sales / Business Development Head role within a Forex/CFD company.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, networking, and business development skills.
- Result-oriented with strong commercial and analytical understanding.
- Ability to independently develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
