Role Description The Business Head will lead overall operations and business performance for 2050 Healthcare’s center in Patna in a full time, on-site capacity. This role involves defining and executing growth strategies, overseeing service delivery across home care offerings, and ensuring high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.

The Business

Head will manage cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and clinical staff, to drive revenue, optimize costs,



and maintain regulatory and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, building strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, and identifying new business opportunities in the region. The role also includes mentoring team members, implementing process improvements, and regularly reporting business outcomes to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Business strategy, planning, and execution capabilities, including experience in scaling operations or managing multi-location healthcare or service businesses.
- Operational management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring through KPIs and metrics.
- Relationship management skills to develop partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare stakeholders, and to maintain high levels of patient and family satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present business plans and results to senior leadership and external partners.
- Understanding of healthcare services, rehabilitation, or home care operations; prior experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
