Summary

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the broader business context and ensuring that implementation activities align with strategic objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across the function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the business function.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes using platform services.
- Ability to analyze complex organizational structures and recommend effective redesign strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
